Finicky Pet Fix

Fixes a bug which causes finicky pets to refuse to eat from a food bowl until they are near starving to death. Finicky pets will now eat from all food bowls if they are hungry, Unless the bowl is dirty or is the cheapest bowl. In which case they will refuse to eat from the food bowl until their hunger is at 50% or less. Which is how EA originally had planned to have finicky pets act, But the bug prevented that from happening.

Requires the Pets Expansion, But is compatible with newer games.
